Juárez Women’s Scholarship Program

Each year, the Pennington-Marshalk-Burns Juárez Women’s Scholarship Endowment supports  female students in Ciudad Juárez. 

Applications are restricted to female students of all ages in Ciudad Juárez. Please visit the APPLICANT PAGE. This link takes you to the Mascareñas Foundation Website, the organization in Ciudad Juárez that administers the scholarship program. (NOTE: these pages are in Spanish.)

Scholarship Winners include:
  • Haydée  Patricia del Callejo Vera   [2011]  (Master's Degree in Real Estate Appraisal; 2012 Graduate)
  • Ana Karen Bustamente Garcia [2011] (Master's Degree in Education)

Haydée is the first scholarship recipient to complete her degree! She graduated on February 11, 2012 from the Autonomous University of Durango with a Master's Degree in Real Estate.
