Welcome to the Frontera Women's FoundationTo our returning visitors, supporters, and friends, WELCOME to our new website! We hope you enjoy the new content, especially our Grantee Stories and Volunteering information.
If you are visiting us for the first time, we first and foremost THANK YOU for taking interest in the FWF and the lives and well-being of women and girls along the U.S.-Mexico border. We hope you find the information you seek – from Who We Are, to research on Grantees; from Funds you can support, to Resources on issues of local and regional (national and international) importance to women and girls. For the first time, we have a fully bilingual website, which reflects the bilingual, multicultural realities of our border families and communities. We would love to hear from you, and we invite you to support our efforts! Thank you! The Frontera Women's Foundation (FWF) is located in El Paso, Texas and is one of only two women's funds in the state of Texas. Our vision is to improve the conditions and status of women, girls and their families who live along the U.S.-Mexico border, by fostering positive social change, through education, economic empowerment, improved health and safety in their communities. |
